Our Results

MissionFirst's results are overwhelming. Since 1997, MissionFirst has helped create over 1,600 affordable housing units for a variety of populations, as well as a daycare center and a live-work space for artists. In total, MissionFirst has brought to completion 20 projects in nine years.

MissionFirst has a remarkable history of working with community-based groups, non-profits, churches and others to help them maximize every dollar they earmark for construction projects. This involves bringing various diverse parties—developers, government entities, financiers, and reputable contractors—together to complete projects.
