From that analysis, previous plans may be reconceived or adjusted to help a project move forward at a timely pace. Often, the key to making a project work is detailed financial analysis and structure ’ that's where MissionFirst's expertise and experience comes into play.

In some cases, MissionFirst must recalculate the financials to meet underwriting standards and to find a feasible structure that works in the market, balancing the debt needed to finance the project with the future rents that the project will ultimately generate. If there is a shortfall, MissionFirst will find the available tax credits, government programs or grants to fill the gap.
